01Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Sudo's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.

02Description of Service

Sudo provides Lua script obfuscation and protection services through a loadstring-based delivery system. The service includes script protection via custom VM bytecode, per-request obfuscation, and key-based access control.

03Account & Keys

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and keys. Keys are bound to your hardware ID (HWID). Sharing, selling, or distributing keys to third parties is prohibited.

04Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or circumvent the obfuscation system
• Use the service for malicious purposes including but not limited to malware distribution
• Bypass or circumvent the key system or checkpoints
• Share, redistribute, or resell access keys
• Use automated tools to generate keys or bypass security measures

05Intellectual Property

The obfuscation technology, including the custom VM architecture, compression algorithms, and delivery system, is the intellectual property of Sudo. You retain ownership of your original Lua scripts.

06Limitation of Liability

Sudo is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our service, including but not limited to loss of data, script malfunction, or unauthorized access.

07Termination

We reserve the right to terminate access to any user who violates these terms without prior notice. Termination includes revocation of all keys and HWID banning.

08Refunds

All sales are final. No refunds will be issued for premium or lifetime keys once they have been generated and delivered.

09Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Major changes will be announced on our Discord server.
